Mostafa El-Beltagy has held a number of roles throughout their career. In 2008, He worked as a Research Executive for Nielsen. In 2009, He was the Prepaid Net Additions Manager for Vodafone Egypt. In 2010, He Co-Founded Bey2ollak.com. From 2013 to 2014, He was the Managing Executive Prepaid Business for Vodacom and the Head of Customer Value Management, Pricing, and Commercial Strategy For Consumer and Enterprise for Vodafone. From 2017 to 2021, He held the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Head of Group Marketing Global Projects for Vodafone. In 2021, He Co-Founded HOF Studio and in 2019, He Co-Founded and became the CEO of Nawy.

Mostafa El-Beltagy received his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from The American University in Cairo and attended Cairo American College.
